With a lifelong passion for dogs and a deep connection established since childhood, Cole discovered his true purpose: to help dogs live happy, safe lives and empower their parents with unwavering confidence in their relationship with their family companions.

Cole is a Will Atherton Accredited Trainer and started hist training as a mission to help grow the confidence of local dog owners. He works alongside Pawsentials to provide the best training for your pup. Hands down.

Structure Sessions

We take pride in our training and our Structure Sessions are designed to ensure:

  • Reinforcement of current training

  • Building on previously learned foundational skills

  • Focusing on preventing unwanted behaviours

Sometimes we stray from the paved road to sniff the daisies. We help train you and your pup to ensure good behaviours stick around!

Our lives are social, but sometimes our dogs are not! This situation is very common, and we help to support you with training for socializing your loved pup! We focus on:

  • Frequent social situations that may trigger unwanted behaviour

  • Helping your dog interact with other dogs in a safe, non-pressured manner

  • Dealing with overexcitement

​

This may include a little roleplay (hehe), but we help solve problematic concerns.

Behaviour Modification

Principles, techniques, and teachings to help increase wanted behaviours, and decrease unwanted behaviours. Our methods are science-backed and seriously unique to each dog. We may focus on:

  • Shaping your dog's experiences through new situations

  • Tailored experiences, such as aggression, separation anxiety, food guarding, or lunging

  • Resources to help shape behaviours, such as habituation, extinction, desensitization, counterconditioning, response substitution, and shaping

We dedicate an entire session to you and your pup. We take in all your woes and help guide you to a more balanced life. This will help give you a better understanding of your pup, guaranteed.

  • Progress, not perfection - we strive to under promise and over deliver on our efforts

  • Direct communication though the Online Portal for follow-up questions

Virtual Consultations

Time on your hands, but out of the area? We have a solution for you! Be more knowledgeable and find solutions for problematic dog behaviour with our virtual consultations. Virtual solutions may help with:

  • Simplifying your home for the arrival of a puppy

  • Benefits for step-by-step instructions

Each session will provide a supportive environment where you and your dog can strengthen your bond and develop effective communication skills.
You can be sure each session will include:

  • Tailored experiences to you and your pup

  • Techniques, leash training, and problem solving to help solve your frustrations

  • Direct communication through the Online Portal

  • Progress monitoring to track the dog's progress, evaluate their behavior, and adjust the training plan as needed to ensure consistent improvement

  • Fully automated or pay as you go payments

  • Our Under Promise and Over Deliver mentality: we focus not on results, but we reinforce good behaviours to focus on the success of your relationship with your dog

  • Ongoing guidance, feedback, and support beyond training sessions, including follow-up consultations if needed
